On April 2, 2011, 7 steel trucks pulled into one of New Delhi’s courts. The trucks contained an 80,000-page long chargesheet drawn up by India’s Central Bureau of Investigation that implicated a cohort of high-ranking ministers, several government officials and the who’s who of India’s business world in one of the biggest ‘ghotala’, or scam, the country had ever seen – the 2G spectrum allocation.
