In our first episode of VICE Insiders, we take a look at some of the creative neighborhoods in Hong Kong. Starting off at Sham Shui Po, we follow our host Arthur Bray into a neighborhood that melds the new with the old. Later moving to West Kowloon, a creative powerhouse where you can buy handmade mahjong tiles from one of the few mahjong craftsmen still around.
