Mizumi in Wynn Las Vegas, NV makes edible theater masks inspired by Japanese Noh plays. The masks are composed of two different types of chocolate: a white chocolate shell filled with chocolate mousse. The chocolate is then placed on top of praline puffed rice for delicious dessert that’s almost too beautiful to eat.
